At Hope North London, we believe that real and lasting change begins in local communities -

led by the people who live there.

We work primarily in estates and low-income neighbourhoods, coming alongside children, young people and families to create spaces of hope, connection and opportunity. Our two main programmes reflect this vision:

 

Estates Programme
We’re passionate about seeing estates become places where everyone can feel safe, connected and able to thrive. Our regular midweek groups - from after-school clubs to youth sessions and family events - are often led by local volunteers and supported by our committed staff team, many of whom live on the estates themselves. We build trust, nurture relationships and invest in emerging local leaders who want to make a difference right where they are.

Enterprise Programme

Our Enterprise Programme is a paid, 18-month training journey that equips young adults with the confidence, life skills and work experience they need to move into long-term employment. Trainees are paid the London Living Wage and supported holistically - not just to find a job, but to grow in purpose, leadership and personal development. This isn’t just about employment - it’s about empowerment.
